Q: How do I Request for Return of my order?

A: We'll gladly accept returns of merchandise that has not been decorated, washed, or altered within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, there are 2 ways to return:

1) Fill in the Return form for the Return Authorization Number (Preferred and faster)

  • Log in the system with your user id and password.
  • Click "Orders History" from "Your cart" menu on right side.
  • Click on the order number to be returned.
  • Scroll down to bottom and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • Leave your comments, if necessary and Click on CREATE

The new request is added to our system. Please await a response from our return department. You will be informed about the status of your request by email.

To view the status of your request, please log on to the system and click on RETURNS in "YOUR CART" menu. It will be shown in the Status column.

2) email returns@reallycooltees.com with order number, items/colors/size and exchange information if applicable.

* There will be 15% restocking fees on return without an exchange.  ALL Special order items such as Augusta, Badger , Special Order items will require a 15% restock with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling costs with the return.

Your Return Authorization Number is valid for 30 days from the date we provide it. After which ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: I received the Return Authorization Number, how do I send back my package?

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. To make it easy, place the UNUSED item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.

2. Please write the Return Authorization Number in large print on the front of the box and ship to authorized return address. After you have obtained the Return Authorization Number from our customer service

Undeliverable or Refused orders
Undeliverable or Refused orders will be subject to the return policy.

Q: Can I Cancel my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 10 minutes upon receiving your order during working hours . Cancellations can be made only if the order has not been processed. Cancellation requests on processed orders will be subject to the return policy.
Q:I received a Damaged Items, what should I do?
A: If the items in your shipment are damaged, your items will be replaced with no restocking fees. Please follow the Return instructions above for any exchange order.
Q:When will I get my Return Refunds and Credits back?
A: We'll issue you a full refund (Price of any item that you return - to your credit card if your return is requested within 15 days of the PURCHASE date). Shipping is non-refundable and a 15% restock fee applies to any returns requested after 15 days.  You MUST email or call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number before returning any items or your return will be not be processed. 

Special order items such as Badger, Augusta or any items ends with "SP" , will require a 15% restock with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered. ALL SALES PAST 30 DAYS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

Augusta items will require $25 restocking fees with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered. ALL SALES PAST 30 DAYS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

Q: How do I Exchange the order?
A: There will be NO restocking fees for exchange, customer is responsible for return shipping. Please follow the Return instructions above for any exchange order.
Q: Can I return the items that I purchased from the DISCOUNTED items area?
A: All sales are FINAL. NO EXCHANGE or RETURNS.
