Return and Exchange Policy

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?Items are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn and un-decorated. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.  All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.  Returns must be authorized by The Really Cool T-shirt Co. in advance, by phone or email, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

No returns/exchange will be accepted without a Return Authorization Request form or number from The Really Cool T-shirt Co. 

No merchandise will be accepted for return after 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?There will be 20% restocking fees on returns without an exchange.  ALL Special order brands such as Augusta, Awids, Badger, Port Authority, High Five, Holloway, Sport-Tek , Richardson , Royal Apparel, Russell Athletic items will require a 20% restock with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered. Other returns may  occur a 20% restocking fee(s).  If you have question(s), please contact us.

Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?Exchanges for damaged or erroneous order will be replaced for free.  Any other exchanges, the return shipping is not covered, however the 20% restock fee will be waived if made within 14 business days.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?Within 20 days of purchase by mail . To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 20 days of ordering. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.

Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, refused  or unclaimed pickup orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.

How can I receive a refund for my order?We'll issue you a full refund (Price of any item that you return - to your credit card if your return is requested within 15 days of the PURCHASE date). Shipping is non-refundable and a 20% restock fee applies to any returns requested after 15 days.  You MUST email or call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number before returning any items or your return will be not be processed.


Special order brands will require a 20% restock with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered. ALL SALES PAST 30 DAYS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

Augusta items will require $25 restocking fees with no exceptions and return shipping is not covered. ALL SALES PAST 30 DAYS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.  

Generally, any instore item will be refunded back to your account ( credit card or paypal - depends on the payment method you used when you placed the order) within 14 business days.

Any special order items will takes around 20 to 30 business days as we have .Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase
What is the return policy on international orders?
As we inspect every items before we ship out in our processing office, all international orders are NON refundable.

NotesMerchandise that is not The Really Cool T-shirt's(meaning sold to you by The Really Cool T-shirt Co.) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by The Really Cool T-shirt Co.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating.
