For Continental US only. Standard delivery uses your US postal mailing address. No PO boxes.

Standard delivery is 2-5 business days depending on your location. (For in-stock items.) Delivery dates are only an estimate, please contact us if you need it RUSH.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the  United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, OnTrac, and USPS.

Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Alaska ,Hawaii, Puerto Rico:  Please email us for a shipping quote if you prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

US Territories, APO, and FPO:  USPS Priority Mail only,  please email us for a shipping quote.   :

International Orders:  Please email us for a shipping quote.  We do not ship to a freight forwarding /courier service company.  For any orders placed, if the shipping address is a freight forwarding or courier services company will be canceled and will be refunded via the payment method used.

Small order handling fees:  There will be a small order handling fee(s) of $4.99 - 5.25 for orders under $35.00 before shipping and handling. Please see the chart above for details.

The shipping fees listed above are not applicable to our decorating services customers.
